- Grant Booth Added February 06, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently had issue on the Warrego Highway near Gatton Queensland where our caravan became unattached from the tow vehicle and we were towed into Pro Fit Australia at Gatton by RACQ, even though it was well after closing time Mark kept the doors open until we arrived. He assessed the damage and the next day it was all repaired and better than before. Pro fit repaired the severed electrical cables and Anderson plug, fitted a new tow hitch and two new over rated safety chains, when I arrived to pick the caravan the staff were very professional in their approach and hooked the van up for me and made sure everything was in working order, my thanks to Mark and the team at Pro Fit.

I was impressed after seeing the amount of care and thought going into just HOW all wiring and fixture points was routed / secured / and aesthetically finished (not necessarily done at many places), so it's a no-brainer as to why I would use another service. Thanks to Mark and family for a truly competent and reliable local service!

A power problem was found by Mark in the van so this needed to be addressed too. Mark was very patient negotiating the work to be done, solved problems in a professional manner, and explained clearly the work completed and problems found. The outcome is a great job for a great price.
